2010 Maryhill rosé of sangiovese

Sangiovese, you'll remember, is the grape of Chianti, here transformed into a spare but interesting and refreshing dry rosé from Maryhill vineyards in Washington state. Not as fragrant as our Toad Hollow; but still very good, and longer-lived in the refrigerator I must say.

Retail, about $9.

Maryhill.
