2009 Ponzi pinot noir, Willamette Valley
Calm, restrained, subtle. Gentle earthy aromas, gentle fruit, gentle acidity -- but don't think, therefore, "wishy washy." Think, instead, ah -- complete and lovely. Better, to my taste, than our previous pinot noir.
